Gain Connection and Community with the New

Self-Led Facilitation Series

Learning and practicing any model starts with a relationship with yourself. We all bring ourselves into the therapy room or into the arena, so it is critical that we know who (what parts) we are bringing in with us.

Facilitating sessions using IFS and EMDR, with or without equine engagement, needs to be an embodied practice. To support this endeavor, we must turn inside and get to know our own systems. It is just as important as we guide clients to get to know theirs.

This workshop will meet 6 times, once per month for two-hours on Wednesdays at 10am-12:00pm CENTRAL time. It will include a combination of teaching, demonstrations, topic discussions, and experiential learning.

Understanding internal dynamics, honing attunement, and cultivating presence increases Self-Energy that builds trust within the system and within the energetic field between you and your client.

This series is focused on being with your clients and also being with your internal system at the same time.
